Houston Project Scheduler / Planner
Location: Houston TX (Hybrid Onsite 4 days/week Remote Fridays)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Midstream Project Scheduler to support a fast-paced portfolio of product replacement and well connection initiatives. This role is highly execution-focused and commercially driven responsible for coordinating and maintaining schedules across a large volume of concurrent field projects (approximately 185 active efforts).
The ideal candidate thrives in a high-velocity environment with shifting priorities tight timelines and multiple stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong ownership of schedule integrity proactive risk identification and the ability to quickly replan as field conditions and business needs evolve.
Key Responsibilities
Develop maintain and continuously update detailed project schedules supporting product replacement and well connection activities
Coordinate scheduling efforts across multiple workstreams contractors and internal teams
Manage a high volume of concurrent project schedules while maintaining alignment with commercial and execution priorities
Identify schedule risks conflicts and critical dependencies; recommend mitigation strategies to protect target dates
Track progress against key milestones and proactively communicate impacts or changes
Support rapid replanning as scopes priorities and field conditions shift
Ensure schedules support early production and overall business objectives
Partner closely with project teams to keep initiatives moving efficiently from planning through startup
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Associates Degree
7 years of project scheduling experience
Background supporting oil & gas energy industrial or infrastructure projects
Proven ability to manage schedules across multiple concurrent projects
Strong understanding of sequencing dependencies and critical path methodology
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey schedule impacts
Ability to perform in fast-paced rapidly changing environments
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree
10 years of scheduling experience
Experience supporting product replacement well connection or similar field programs
Background in commercially driven project environments
Familiarity with upstream or midstream operations
Experience managing large portfolios (100 projects) simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and high level of accountability
