ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
ABM UK is seeking a dynamic and experienced OperationsMangerto join our team. As anOperationsManager you willbe responsible fordelivering the highest standards pf cleanliness hygiene wastemanagementand other contractual tasks atoutclients sites. You will ensure that all operations are carried out efficiently and effectively meeting client expectations and company policies and procedures.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Manage the contractin accordance withcompany policies and procedures
- Ensurehigh standardsofcleanliness hygiene and waste management are consistently achieved
- Complete budget forecasts and monthly reconciliations
- Provide professional support to the business in service-related matters
- Control staff rosters payroll andmanninglevels
- Deliver excellent communication and motivation to the site-based team
- Ensure compliance with quality performance measures and resolve any non-compliance issues
REQUIRE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Significant experiencein operations management
- Proventrack recordin deliveringhigh standardsof cleanliness and hygiene
- Experience in budget forecasting and controlling
- Strong communicationand leadership skills
- Health and Safety knowledge
