YOUR MISSION

We are currently building a strong HQ team in order to reinvent how consumers buy retail making it more convenient and easy than ever before.

Were looking for an exceptionalRetail & Events Project Manager to step into a pivotal role driving the success of the years most significant events of the year like or Mothers day and contributing directly to our growth.

THE JOURNEY

  • Give support on the definition of the Events strategy for the Retail vertical within Qcommerce.
  • Lead global events such as S. Valentines Womens day Mothers day Black Friday and act as a project manager coordinating cross functional teams in operations growth marketing content and category management.
  • Conduct post-event analysis and report the results.
  • Be able to understand diverse markets to adapt strategies to meet local needs during events.
  • Be the point of contact for stakeholders beyond retail for effectively coordinating and managing the awareness of the events.
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow develop and make a difference

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Strong organizational skills ability to prioritize & multitask and work well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Data-driven mentality: takes decisions based on data and makes business judgment when necessary.
  • Strong analytical skills are a must - SQL is nice to have
  • Youre an owner you have a natural bias for action always pushing for things to happen objective and deadline oriented. You are obsessed with making things happen!
  • Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders through excellent communication skills.
  • Out of the box thinker and high level of self-initiative (proactive in finding new solutions to new issues).
  • An empathetic inclusive and curious attitude.
