About The Role

  • Own pricing integrity and competitiveness across AFL NRL and the broader sportsbook portfolio.
  • Ensure core pricing is accurate market-leading and scalable balancing customer value with margin protection.
  • Identify pricing anomalies vulnerabilities and incidents; lead root-cause analysis and implement preventative controls.
  • Design and manage automated checks alerts and reporting frameworks to safeguard pricing performance.
  • Define and track KPIs providing clear insights and confidence to senior stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with Trading Risk Product Data Science Technology Global and Compliance teams to strengthen controls and drive targeted improvements.
  • Support and enhance key products including Same Game Multi and Cash Out through pricing validation and model improvement.
  • Reduce revenue leakage and prioritise high-impact system and process enhancements.
  • Contribute to long-term pricing strategy and continuous improvement across Risk & Trading operations.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Analytical and commercially minded with the ability to interpret large data sets and translate insights into action.
  • Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels with clarity and credibility.
  • Proactive self-starter who brings structure to ambiguity and thrives in cross-functional environments.
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for improving experience and outcomes.
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo and identifying smarter more innovative ways of working.
  • Ideally 3 years experience in trading pricing or risk roles.
  • Exposure to statistical modelling data science tools or automation/GenAI solutions is highly regarded.
