Job Responsibilities:

Conduct quality assurance testing on various financial products and services offered by Calton to ensure they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.
Create and maintain detailed test plans test cases and test scripts to validate system functionality and performance.
Document and communicate testing results defects and recommendations to stakeholders.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and procedures within the organization.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices trends and technologies related to quality assurance testing.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Finance Business or related field.
Proven experience in quality assurance testing preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in testing procedures.

Desired Experience:

Prior experience working in a broker-dealer environment or with investment advisory solutions.
Familiarity with insurance and financial planning services to better understand client needs and risk management.
Experience using testing tools and technologies to automate testing processes and increase efficiency.

Salary & Benefits:
