- Conduct quality assurance testing on various financial products and services offered by Calton to ensure they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Create and maintain detailed test plans test cases and test scripts to validate system functionality and performance.
- Document and communicate testing results defects and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and procedures within the organization.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices trends and technologies related to quality assurance testing.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Finance Business or related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance testing preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in testing procedures.
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience working in a broker-dealer environment or with investment advisory solutions.
- Familiarity with insurance and financial planning services to better understand client needs and risk management.
- Experience using testing tools and technologies to automate testing processes and increase efficiency.
