We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Greece included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Greek employer.
About the project:
You will be working on a long-term stable customer support project for a well-established international digital service. The project focuses on providing high-quality assistance to end users ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. The environment is fast-paced technology-driven and supported by clear processes and structured training.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer support via multiple channels
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Use multiple systems and tools simultaneously to support customers
- Maintain a customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
Requirements:
- Spanish language proficiency: minimum C1 level
- English language proficiency: minimum B2 level
- Previous experience in a customer service or similar CSR role will be an asset
- Navigating multiple browser tabs and applications
- Working with virtual desktop environments (VDI)
- Affinity with technology and technical tools
- Ability to work on-site in Athens
What we offer:
- Salary: 1045.72 gross/month
- Productivity bonus: up to 150/month
- 14 salaries per year
- MondayFriday schedule
- 11 days of paid training
- Relocation package for candidates moving to Greece
- Work in a dynamic multicultural environment
