Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position):
Students will be working with Prof. Muthukrishnan on development of a Lake Decision Support Tool and data collection and facilitation of stakeholder workshops to assess the impact of the DST on stakeholder decisions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Literature searching to collect empirical data for model parameterization
Beta testing lake DST model
Assist in organization and facilitation of stakeholder workshops
Collect participant observations during workshops
Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills)
CITI training for working with protected human subjects research data
Experience with social science research methods
Familiarity with issues in aquatic invasive species management decision-making
Familiarity with simulation models in R
Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
