Detailed Responsibilities
Budgetary Control: Monitoring departmental spending and negotiating with suppliers to ensure maximum value for money.
Estates Management: Leading the site team to ensure the schools historic and modern buildings are maintained to an exceptional standard.
Risk Mitigation: Maintaining a comprehensive risk register and overseeing the schools insurance portfolio.
Lettings & Enterprise: Developing the schools commercial arm through facility lettings and summer school programs.
