Amazon Prime is a global membership program known for speed entertainment and savings. This role is focused specifically on how members understand perceive and engage with Prime value. As the Senior Product Manager for Prime Rewards and Value Communication in India you will lead the strategy and execution for in-product value storytelling rewards visibility and member education experiences that help customers recognize and maximize the value they already have.
You will own the platforms surfaces and mechanisms that communicate Prime value across the lifecycle - from onboarding and discovery to renewal and retention. This includes building scalable communication frameworks rewards dashboards nudges and contextual education that increase benefit awareness engagement and renewal intent.
You will partner with global Prime teams as well as India business marketing and design organizations to build cohesive value narratives across devices and channels. Your work will directly impact member satisfaction renewal rates and long-term loyalty by strengthening the perceived return on Prime membership.
Key job responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Prime value communication and rewards visibility experiences across web app and lifecycle touchpoints.
Define and execute a roadmap that improves benefit discoverability clarity of savings and personalized value messaging.
Build and scale in-product education modules value dashboards reward trackers and contextual nudges that increase engagement and renewal intent.
Partner with engineering UX analytics and marketing teams to deliver high-quality communication surfaces and experimentation frameworks.
Use behavioral data experimentation and segmentation to optimize messaging effectiveness and member comprehension.
Establish measurement frameworks for perceived value awareness and retention impact.
Align with international Prime teams to reuse global assets while tailoring messaging strategies for Emerging markets customer cohorts.
Represent Prime Rewards and value communication initiatives in leadership reviews and planning forums such as OP cycles QBRs and MBRs.
- 5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
