We are looking for a high-energy Sales Training Leader who can build winning outbound sales teams and dramatically improve conversion rates call quality and revenue performance.
This role is ideal for someone who has personally succeeded in hardcore sales environments and later moved into training coaching and performance improvement for high-volume outbound sales teams.
The position requires someone who can train coach challenge and transform average agents into top closers.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver high-impact sales training programs for outbound call centre teams.
Conduct hardcore sales training covering pitching objection handling closing techniques and call control.
Train agents to improve lead conversion revenue per call and call productivity.
Analyse call recordings and quality scores to identify skill gaps and training needs.
Run daily coaching sessions mock calls and performance workshops.
Work closely with sales operations to improve KPIs such as conversion % talk time effectiveness and revenue per agent.
Develop PowerPoint training modules playbooks and sales scripts.
Track training impact through performance analytics and daily reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have strong experience delivering hardcore sales training for outbound call centre / telesales teams.
Prior experience as a successful sales performer in a high-pressure sales environment.
Minimum 10 years of total professional experience including sales and training roles.
Strong expertise in sales coaching objection handling and closing techniques.
Excellent presentation skills PowerPoint expertise and ability to conduct high-energy training sessions.
Outstanding communication leadership and motivational skills.
