Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR & Governance
Develop and execute HR strategy and annual action plans aligned with business growth.
Partner with Group CEO GM and department heads on people strategy.
Establish HR policies SOPs governance frameworks and internal controls.
Support organization design manpower planning and succession planning.
Prepare HR materials for management audit and legal review.
Employee Lifecycle & Compliance
Manage hire-to-exit processes across retail stores factory and head office.
Advise on contracts probation disciplinary actions termination and severance.
Handle employee relations grievances and sensitive cases.
Ensure compliance with Thai labor law and internal policies.
Liaise with Legal on HR governance and labor matters.
Recruitment & Workforce Planning
Lead mass and professional recruitment for stores factory and head office.
Develop job descriptions competency frameworks and interview tools.
Partner with Operations on manpower planning and shift structures.
Manage recruitment agencies and onboarding programs.
Payroll Compensation & Budgeting
Oversee monthly payroll (salary OT incentives commissions).
Personally execute payroll operations.
Ensure compliance with Social Security and tax filings.
Design salary structures bonus and commission schemes.
Control HR budgets and provide cost analysis.
Audit Legal & Government Liaison
Act as HR focal point for internal and external auditsใ
Prepare HR and payroll documentation for audits.
Liaise with Labour Office Social Security Office and Revenue Department.
Coordinate labor disputes and legal cases.
Visa Work Permit & Expat Management
Manage end-to-end visa and work permit processes.
Coordinate with Immigration and Department of Employment.
Ensure regulatory compliance under POA.
Learning Development & OD
Develop annual training plans and budgets.
Design onboarding leadership and functional programs.
Implement succession planning and talent development.
Build competency frameworks KPIs and performance systems.
Drive engagement culture and change initiatives.
Data Protection (DPO)
Act as Data Protection Officer for PDPA compliance.
Establish data governance and privacy controls.
Coordinate PDPA-related audits and risk management.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters in HRM Organizational Psychology Business Administration or related fields.
Minimum 7 years in progressive HR leadership roles.
Strong exposure to F&B retail manufacturing or multi-site operations preferred.
In-depth knowledge of Thai labor law and HR governance.
Experience in group or regional HR environments.
Proven hands-on payroll and compliance experience.
Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in Thai and English.
