What youll do:

• Upon arrival of the fleet prepare an estimate determine which parts are needed and draw up an action plan.

• Carry out maintenance and repair work in accordance with company guidelines and/or in consultation with suppliers.

• Testing detecting and resolving faults and if required customizing the sets according to customer specifications

• Provide support for the operational business specifically focused on BESS

• Keeping track of timesheets maintenance and work reports

Youll have the following skills and experience:

• Timeserved Electrical Engineer (SCQF Level 7 / SVQ Level 3 or apprenticeship) with demonstrable handson experience in single and threephase electrics and strong practical knowledge of AC and DC control systems.

• Proven experience maintaining and repairing BESS fleets (Battery Energy Storage Systems) and associated electrical equipment skilled at fault diagnosis testing and delivering robust repairs.

• Technically curious and quick to learn: comfortable reading schematics understanding new products and applications and applying technical knowledge across diverse systems.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with clear professional communication; adept at building relationships and engaging stakeholders at all levels (internal and external) to achieve safe timely outcomes.

• Safetyfirst mindset with uptodate working practices and regulatory compliance; competent in MS Office and PC tools flexible and willing to travel as required.
