Requirements:
The Delivery Lead will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Contact Center solutions with strong emphasis on AI adoption and transformation. The role involves managing project timelines budgets risks and client expectations while ensuring successful deployment of AI-driven Contact Center solutions.
The candidate will work with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions such as chatbots voicebots predictive analytics and NLP capabilities. The Delivery Lead will coordinate with solution architects and technical teams to design scalable Contact Center platforms aligned with business goals.
This role also involves stakeholder communication project governance risk mitigation and ensuring quality delivery standards across programs. The candidate will play a key role in driving AI transformation strategies for client Contact Center ecosystems.
