Role Overview
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable moments Were looking for a dedicated Club Lounge Attendant to support the daily operations of our exclusive Club Lounge.
In this role you will ensure the comfort safety and satisfaction of our guests while maintaining the highest standards of service cleanliness and hospitality. Youll work closely with the Club Lounge Manager and Front Office Leadership to deliver a seamless and elevated guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the Club Lounge for seating availability service flow safety and guest well-being.
- Complete opening duties ensuring all supplies tools and equipment are set up and in working order.
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of the lounge including front and back of house areas.
- Clean and reset tables promptly after guest departure.
- Prepare and serve hot cold and alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Restock beverage fridges ice glassware and supplies; anticipate and communicate replenishment needs.
- Wash dishes crockery and glassware as required.
- Secure liquors beers wines cabinets and storage areas.
- Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods breaking down equipment restocking and completing daily cleaning checklists.
- Conduct and document temperature checks cleaning tasks and daily operational checklists.
- Requisition necessary supplies and transport items from storeroom to the lounge.
- Document relevant information in department logs.
- Note guest preferences and requests reporting them to the Manager on Duty.
- Engaging with guest to build personal connections and elevate their experience.
About You
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience in hospitality food & beverage or guest service roles preferred.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Able to work independently while seeking support when needed.
- Positive flexible and collaborative mindset.
- Full working rights in Australia.
