Reliable Equipment in Warminster is looking for a full-time Repair Coordinator. Responsibilities: - Build a relationship with customers through friendly engaging communication and excellent customer service.
- Responsible for pricing repairs that come though the repair office (in excess of 1000) for estimating.
- Identify tools find cost for repair determine if repair can be done in-house or through an outside vendor.
- Research where tools need to be serviced that are not made by Reliable.
- Assign repairs to technicians during the absence of the floor supervisor.
- Find solutions to daily issues that arise and communicate with floor supervisor.
- Assist the repair staff in receiving tools for repairs when needed.
- Assist the Logistics department in resolving any issues that may arise during a shipment (i.e. Verification of shipping charges).
- Address resolve and update customers sales team and other departments with questions regarding repairs in a timely manner.
- Confirm tools are being shipped out or scrapped in a timely manner.
- Perform re-bill procedure to ensure proper credit or information is applied to any given customer account as required.
- Obtain authorization for customer repairs.
- Work with Accounts Payable and receiving to resolve any repair paperwork.
- Confirm with the Parts department that orders have been placed and remain active.
- Field technical calls and direct them to the proper technician for any issues or updates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as telephone manner.
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with tools is preferred but not required.
