DescriptionPosition Summary
The Research Analyst supports the Client Services Operations Department by providing operational transactional and analytical support for bank products and systems. This role assists with process improvement initiatives regulatory monitoring system enhancements and project implementation to support Sales Offices and Home Office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational and transactional support for bank products and delivery systems
- Monitor regulatory requirements and assist with reporting
- Identify and support improvements to policies procedures systems and processes
- Assist with project development vendor review system testing implementation and training
- Develop and maintain procedures and training materials
- Conduct research and investigations to resolve operational issues
- Support system upgrades (including OSI DNA) and processing improvements
- Collect and analyze data for internal reporting and Sales Office chargebacks
- Maintain compliance with bank policies regulatory requirements and brand standards
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of banking experience; operations experience preferred
- Knowledge of loan and deposit products banking systems and regulatory compliance
- Experience with workflow analysis process improvement and project support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software systems
- Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities independently
