Salary up to $107k (depending on experience)
Centurion is proud to be the provider ofcomprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking aFull-time Director of CQIto join our Regional Office team inSpringfield Illinois.Candidates must reside in Illinois and live a commutable distance to travel to our Illinois facilities often.
Based out of the regional office theStatewide CQI Directoroversees organization for all statewide correctional facilities within a state. This person is responsible for a broad range of administrative tasks related to healthcare services in all facilities across the state. The SW CQI Director coordinates administrative needs with all facility administrative personnel and coordinates appointments and transfers amongst the facilities across the state system.
Qualifications
- RN license strongly preferred.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Health Sciences Social Science Program Management Public Administration or related field
- Experience in quality improvement and quality assurance which includes evaluating the quality of services identifying problems and needs and recommending corrective action and improvements to ensure compliance with applicable laws policies procedures and standards
- Experience in ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards for behavioral health care delivery
- Experience in developing policies or procedures
- At least two years leadership experience overseeing/coordinating the work of a multidisciplinary team
- Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
