Our next goal is clear:
Make Meta Ads a scalable predictable acquisition engine.

Tasks

We are looking for a performance marketer who can own Meta end-to-end from funnel architecture to creative production to daily optimization.

What the role is and is not:

• This is not a brand role.
• This is not a run some ads role.
• This is not a junior growth hacker role.
• We want someone who wants to build an acquisition engine. This is a high-accountability performance-driven mandate with a clear North Star: new user installs the app creates an account and invests at least CHF 1000 within 7 days. Everything optimizes toward that.

Contract structure:

• 6-month fixed-term contract
• Clear KPIs
• Path to full-time leadership role if validated
• Competitive base performance upside possible

What you will own:

Strategy:

• Funnel architecture (quality lead high-intent install active investor)
• Targeting and segmentation
• Testing roadmap
• Scaling logic

Creative:

• Full mandate to hire and work with freelance designers if needed
• Develop high-converting ad concepts
• Write performance-focused copy
• Produce and iterate static creatives fast
• Build authority urgency trust into every asset
• Run structured creative testing (angles hooks offers)

Campaign management:

• Full Meta setup and tracking validation
• Daily monitoring and optimization
• Structured reporting
• Tight iteration cycles in first 68 weeks

We already know some things work:

• Instant lead forms with qualifying questions
• Strong bonus-driven offers

• Retargeting toward installs

Your job is to systematize and scale this.

Requirements

Who you are:

• 4 years in performance marketing (Meta heavy)
• Experience generating affluent or high-ticket leads (finance investing wealth luxury etc.)
• You understand how to speak to HENRY profiles (high earner not rich yet 3050 high income professionals already investing)
• Strong copy instinct you know urgency authority and proof convert
• You are data-obsessed and comfortable killing underperforming ads fast
• You think in funnels not single campaigns
• Youve managed CHF 20k/month budgets before

Bonus points for:

• German copywriting ability
• Experience in fintech investing wealth alternative assets
• Experience scaling lead-gen funnels with instant forms
• Excited about performance-based compensation
• Experience expanding across EU markets
