The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for evaluating patients and implementing medically prescribed physical therapy treatment plans tailored to individual needs. The PT conducts comprehensive assessments establishes measurable goals and develops individualized interventions to:

Prevent disability

Promote mobility
Treatment methods may include therapeutic exercises manual therapy techniques physical modalities and assistive devices.
The PT also provides patient education on injury prevention ergonomics and rehabilitation strategies while supervising Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) students and support staff in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. Continuous documentation and modification of care plans are required to ensure optimal outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications (Must-Have)-
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

Active Physical Therapist License in the state of Oklahoma

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
