Position Overview The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for evaluating patients developing individualized treatment plans and implementing therapeutic interventions to improve mobility restore function and reduce pain.
This role supports outpatient rehabilitation services for pediatric adolescent and adult populations in a fast-paced clinical environment. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities -
Evaluate patient conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans

Implement therapy programs and monitor patient progress

Communicate patient status and concerns with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members
-
Educate patients families and nursing staff on follow-through care plans
-
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory licensing payer and accreditation standards

Assist with patient scheduling and daily charge posting
-
Maintain equipment and ensure a safe clean treatment environment

Adhere to professional standards corporate compliance policies and state/federal regulations

Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Must-Have) -
Doctorate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

Must obtain or hold an active Physical Therapist license in Missouri

Current CPR Certification

Strong organizational and communication skills
