An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director of Revenue and Customer Sales to become part of our world class luxury hospitality team. We are seeking a commercially astute and strategically minded revenue leader who thrives in a luxury environment and understands the nuance of positioning a 5 star property in one of the worlds most dynamic markets.
The Director of Revenue and Customer Sales is responsible for recommending developing and implementing revenue strategy across all channels and for developing a strong revenue and customer sales pipeline. The Director of Revenue and Customer Sales will ensure the reservation process is seamless and drives the positioning of Shangri-La The Shard as Londons leading luxury hotel.

What we are looking for
- A sharp commercial thinker with confidence to influence at executive level.
- Equally comfortable shaping long-term revenue strategy and diving into detail.
- Highly analytical with a deep understanding of revenue systems distribution channels segmentation and market intelligence.
- A natural communicator who can translate complex data into clear direction and action.
- Decisive forward thinking and proactive in identifying opportunities and mitigating risk.
- Energised by pace competition and the pursuit of excellence.
You will have:
- Proven success in a Senior Revenue Management leadership role within luxury or premium hotels.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and interdependencies between revenue sales marketing and operations.
- Thorough understanding of the London luxury hotel market including demand drivers competitor landscape and distribution dynamics.
- Experience leveraging revenue management systems market intelligence tools and analytics platforms to drive performance.
- Track record of building credible relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to lead inspire and develop high performing teams.
