The Opportunity

Werelooking for aSeniorAccountManagerto jointhe FlywheelContent Studioteam. TheSeniorAccountManagerwilllead clientsas aprimarypoint ofcontactensuringretailerdigital shelfcontent is deliveredonbriefon timeandon role will report directly to either aDirectoror Senior Director.

One of the most important aspects of theSeniorAccountManagerrole is being able to effectively managemultiple content projects while coordinating and collaborating withinternal and external role is a senior role and therefore you must be well versed inretailerdigital shelfcontent. You are a subject matter expert across retail content touchpoints understanding the role of content best practiceretailerand marketplace nuances and how content supports our clients business initiatives. Becoming a subject matter expert paired with solid project management will ensure success as a Senior Account Manager.

The role is a hybrid of project managerclient service financial management thought leadership and some experience managing a direct reportand/or leading a cross-functional team across copy design data and other roles across the team to deliver great workthat will meet client in an agency retailer marketing team or eCommerce role is preferred.

What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to shepherd clientsand team membersthrough thecontentprocess from brief to creative reviews to final executionbypreparing and leading clientstatuswithaccuratetimelines prioritizations and proactive planning for incoming projects
  • Manage client interactions in a manner thatestablishescredibility and trust as a business advisor becomea subject matter expertby understanding content marketing best practices and staying abreast of digitaltrendstoassistyour clients in meeting their marketing and content strategy goals
  • Understand content studio offerings to ensure we deliver to meet client requests while also looking at contentneedsholisticallyidentifyingopportunities to steward Flywheel content offerings and finding the right solutionsto meet client needs
  • Lead and/orsupportthe development ofcontent business reviews competitive analysis financial trackers and content or category-specific trendsand ongoing thought leadership presentations
  • Be proactive about solving problems even ifitsoutside of your area and be ready to take onadditionalinitiatives and responsibilities as theyemerge

Who You Are:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 5-8years experienceinclient serviceproject management and/or eCommerce content
  • Relentless attention to detail and organization. We provide large complexcontentsolutions with many moving parts. You will inspire confidence in our clients by making sure every detail is accounted for documented and under control.

The Interview Process:

Every role starts the same an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call.
Every role is different after the initial call but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the your initial call we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.
