Production Senior Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Production Performance Analysis

• Analyze daily and weekly production KPIs including Earned Hours Utilization OEE Setup Time Throughput WIP Backlog and Schedule Adherence.
• Identify performance gaps versus plan and trigger corrective actions using structured problem-solving tools (Pareto 5 Whys Fishbone).
• Support recovery plans when KPIs are off target.
• Support production and planning teams with sequencing load balancing and prioritization of work orders.
• Analyze short- and mid-term capacity versus demand scenarios.
• Assess operational impact of changes in product mix volume or material constraints.
• Develop maintain and improve dashboards and reports using Excel Power BI and internal manufacturing systems.
• Ensure data accuracy consistency and alignment with Vertiv Operating System (VOS) metrics.
• Prepare executive-level reports for Tier meetings and operational reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity equipment utilization setup reduction and material flow.
• Actively participate in Lean TPM and Kaizen initiatives.
• Quantify and validate operational benefits from implemented improvement actions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a key interface between Production Planning Engineering Maintenance Materials and Finance.
• Communicate insights clearly and objectively to support fact-based decision-making.
• Challenge assumptions and drive accountability through data transparency.

• Production plan adherence
• Accuracy and timeliness of production reporting
• Productivity and utilization improvement
• Reduction of non-value-added time (setups downtime)
• Measurable impact from continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelors degree in industrial engineering Manufacturing Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in production analysis industrial engineering or manufacturing operations.
• Experience in high mix / high-volume manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Exposure to multi-shift or 24/7 operations is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables Power Query macros preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing OEE SMED and TPM.
• Experience with ERP / MES systems (SAP Oracle or equivalent).
