Job Summary

Senior Engineer

Project Planning:

Preparation of monthly work program.
Planning for the required resources & materials according to the physical progress planned.
Cost Estimation.
Preparation of RA Bills PRW Bills and Labor Bill as per company rules and norms

Project Monitoring:

Preparation of MIS reports like Daily progress report & Monthly progress report.
Preparation of Monthly Job review presentation.
Monitoring and tracking weekly and monthly progress and planning responsive actions.
Raising of RFIs and coordinating with the same with Contractor and Execution team.
Preparation of Monthly reconciliation statement of major construction materials. o Regular checking of materials test reports.

Project Coordination:

Support and Coordinate with all the teams involved for the project to ensure smooth execution of the project.
Review the drawings and marking as per drawings on site and allotting the contractors as per requirement of work
Coordinate with Contractor and Subcontractors.
Attending client review meetings and submitting all details complying with the requirements of client.
Project Execution.
Regular checking of site weather work is going in proper way and in as per design as well as with safety measures.
Estimate the material quantity for building.
RA Bill preparing for contractors.
