Job Title : Fractional CMO & Go-To-Market (GTM) Consultant
Job Type : Contract/Part-Time
Experience : 9 years
Location : Hyderabad Telangana (Remote)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a clear go-to-market strategy focused on revenue generation.
- Identify and validate the target market Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer segments.
- Create strong positioning and messaging to attract and convert paying customers.
- Design and implement customer acquisition strategies across relevant channels.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound inbound partnerships or performance marketing initiatives.
- Support or directly contribute to closing business opportunities where required.
- Build and optimize the sales funnel to improve conversion rates.
- Set up CRM and tracking systems to monitor leads pipeline and revenue performance.
- Establish measurable growth targets and key performance indicators.
- Continuously analyze results and optimize campaigns to increase revenue and reduce customer acquisition cost.
- Provide structured reporting on pipeline growth customer acquisition and revenue impact.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in driving revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Strong understanding of both marketing strategy and sales execution.
- Experience working in a startup or lean environment.
- Comfortable taking ownership of business generation not just brand building.
- Data-driven and focused on measurable outcomes.
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
