Job Summary

Job Description:

Prepare detailed project schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
Monitor daily weekly and monthly progress of site activities.
Coordinate with architects RCC consultants MEP consultants and contractors to ensure timely execution.
Track manpower material and resource planning as per project timelines.
Conduct variance analysis and identify delays with corrective action plans.
Prepare progress reports MIS reports and project dashboards for management review.
Support in rate analysis contractor evaluation and work order preparation.
Monitor procurement schedules and ensure material availability as per site requirement.
Participate in review meetings and provide planning inputs for project execution.
