About the UNIT/ Unit Overview	New generation battery department of BMW
Location	Pune
Experience:	2 to 5 years

What awaits you/ Job Profile	Able to model HV battery components
What should you bring along	Good hands-on skills in ANSA for meshing particularly for Solid Hexa and Tetra meshing plastic parts shell meshing etc. CAD data handling and clean-up for meshing. Create and clean basic finite element meshes for battery components (cells modules busbars brackets enclosures foams). Creating connections like spotwelds rivets adhesives seam-welds etc. Perform model assembly and setup boundary condition application for solvers like Nastran and LS-Dyna Assist in preparing CAE models for structural and vibration analyses Ability to automate or find innovative solutions to reduce the modelling efforts. Knowledge of Morphing tools in ANSA
Must have technical skill	ANSA Meta Nastran LS-Dyna
Good to have technical skills	Know-how of Ansa scripting or Python scripting for automation. Basic solver knowledge like LS-Dyna or Nastran Knowledge of CAD tools like Catia SolidWorks etc.
