Wondr Diamonds is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executives to join our retail jewellery outlets. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in jewellery or retail sales and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities-
Attend customers at the sales counter and understand their jewellery requirements

Showcase diamond and jewellery collections confidently

Explain product features pricing and offers clearly

Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation

Handle billing payments and basic store documentation

Build long-term relationships with customers

Support daily store operations and achieve sales targets

1 3 years of experience in Retail or Jewellery Industry

Strong communication skills

Fluency in Tamil and English
