Employment Type:Full-time Year-round
Schedule:Variable schedule including evenings weekends and typically work four ten-hour shiftsper week though this schedule is subject to change.
Compensation:starting at $19/hrdepending on experience level

About the Role:

TheFacility Manager on Duty (MOD)is the on-site leader for the entire property during assigned coach and support team members ensureexceptional hospitalityfor guests and keep operations running smoothly and safely acrossFood & Beverage Golf Range/Toptracer Mini Golf Batting Cages Events the Par-3 Course and Front Counter.

This is ahands-on highly mobile rolewith lots of walking and frequent timeboth indoors and outdoors.Itsa great fit for someone who loves interacting with people thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being active while leading from the floor.

While a golf background is a plus it is notrequired!FacilityMODs are mostsuccessfulwhen they are positive people-centric leaders with a strong hospitalitymindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Coaching

  • Lead all on-duty staffin collaboration with the Food & Beverage Manager on Duty(often1530team members) and department leads; set the tone forhospitality safety and teamwork
  • Coach in the moment: provide clear direction encouragement and constructive feedback to drive performance and growth
  • Collaborate closely with theFood & Beverage Manager on Dutyto align service pacing ticket flow staffing and guest recovery across Babesat Vitense Restaurant and Bar the Golf Range kiosks and events
  • Support training and development; reinforce standards policies and best practices
  • Model professionalism confidentiality and asolutions-focusedapproach

Operations Oversight

  • Activelycirculate the facilitytomonitorservice safety cleanliness and readiness
  • Adjust staffing and break schedules in real time to meet demand and manage labor targets
  • Ensure all departments are clean stocked and guest-ready; step in toassistas needed
  • Open and/or close the facility following all procedures; complete required checklists and verifications

Guest Experience & Hospitality

  • Be highly visible and approachable;greetassist and recoverguest experiences with professionalism and warmth
  • Conduct frequent walkthroughs tomaintainsmooth flow on the golf range and throughout the property
  • Monitor reservations and waitlists to balance capacity and reduce guest wait times
  • Support with event/activity setup and service to meet guest expectations

Administration & Reporting

  • Complete end-of-shift documentation:safety incidents guest feedback maintenance needs notable staff performance
  • Monitor uniform conduct and safety protocol adherence
  • Run applicable F&B accountability reports; overseeaccuratecash handling and staff check-in/out procedures
  • Collaborate with department heads on scheduling and operational decisions
  • Attend bi-weekly management meetingsto share insights align on priorities and engage in professional development

Training & Safety

  • Ensure job duties are performedsafely and in line with trainingacross all areas
  • Providetimelyfeedback and follow protocols for escalations (write-ups one-on-ones HR notifications)
  • Helpmaintainan environment that iswelcoming safe and inclusive

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven supervisory/management experience inhospitality food & beverage entertainment or guest service
  • Strongleadership and coachingskills; able to motivate and develop a diverse team
  • Excellentcommunication problem-solving and situational awareness
  • Organized detail-oriented and comfortable makingreal-time decisionsin a fast-paced setting
  • Familiarity withPOS systems scheduling tools and basic inventory is a plus
  • Flexible availabilityincluding evenings weekends and holidays
  • Must be 18 years old

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability towalk and remain on your feetfor extended periods throughout the shift (highly mobile role)
  • Ability towork indoors and outdoorsin varying weather conditions
  • Ability tolift upto 40lbsoccasionally (e.g. supplies equipment event materials)
  • Ability tomove quickly bend reach and navigate stairs/uneven surfaces as needed
