Job Summary

POSITION	Senior Payroll Project Manager
Start date & Location	Locals for hybrid work day 1 (Miami FL)
INTERVIEW TYPE	One and done
REQUIRED SKILLS	Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business HR Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience). 5 years of payroll project management experience with at least 3 years working directly with Dayforce/Lawson. Payroll Operations Experience. Demonstrated success in managing payroll system implementations or large-scale process improvements. Strong executive communication skills with the ability to present complex payroll and system concepts to senior leadership. In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations compliance requirements and reporting standards. Exceptional organizational analytical and problem-solving skills. PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
