Job Summary

St. Thomas Aquinas is seeking a faith-filled collaborative and mission-driven Assistant Principal to join our leadership team. The Assistant Principal plays a key role in advancing the Catholic identity of the school strengthening instructional practice using data to support student growth and building a joyful connected school community. This position is ideal for an educator who loves Catholic education values strong relationships and thrives in a leadership role that blends faith instruction and collaboration.

The ideal candidate is a practicing Catholic in good standing with the church has a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience preferably in a Catholic Schoolholds or is willing to pursue a Masters degree in Educational Leadership demonstrated strength in mission driven leadership data-informed decision making and a commitment to collaboration professional growth and servant leadership.
