Our client is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their high-performing on-site team in Sandton. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will design build and maintain production-grade systems that power business intelligence automation and operational platforms. As a senior team member you will drive architectural decisions lead development initiatives and mentor developers while remaining deeply involved in implementation.

Duties & Responsibilities
Role Overview
The successful candidate will:- Take ownership of architectural design and technical direction across projects
- Provide leadership and mentorship to development team members
- Design develop and maintain scalable front-end and back-end systems
- Develop and integrate APIs and third-party system integrations
- Ensure optimal performance security reliability and scalability across environments
- Uphold and promote best practices in clean code SOLID principles and software craftsmanship
- Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies sprint planning and technical discussions
