Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for our Home Automation division. The role involves consultative selling of smart home and building automation solutions including lighting control security AV integration climate automation and IoT-based systems. The candidate will manage the full sales lifecycle lead generation site evaluation solution presentation proposal development negotiation and closure while coordinating closely with design and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential luxury villas builders architects and interior designer segments.
- Generate leads through channel partners referrals architects MEP consultants and real estate developers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis within the smart home/automation ecosystem.
Client Engagement & Solution Selling
- Meet clients on-site to understand project requirements lifestyle expectations and technical feasibility.
- Perform consultative
- Present home automation solutions such as:
- Smart lighting control
- Curtain/blind automation
- Home theatre & AV systems
- CCTV & access control
- Video door phones
- AC integration
- Voice assistants (Alexa/Google Home integration)
- Energy monitoring systems
- Intrusion
- Gate motor
- Multiroom Audio
- Curtain Motors
- Drip Irrigation system control
Proposal & Closure
- Coordinate with the technical/design team to create system layouts and BOQs.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Conduct product demonstrations at demo room or client sites.
- Handle pricing negotiations and contract closures.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and margins.
Relationship Management
- Develop strong relationships with:
- Architects
- Interior designers
- Builders & developers
- Maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Coordination & Execution
- Work with project/installation teams to ensure smooth project handover after closure.
- Follow up on payment milestones and ensure timely collections.
- Track project progress and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Electronics Electrical or related field
- MBA (Marketing) preferred but not mandatory
Experience
- 45 years of sales experience
- At least 2 years in home automation / AV integration / electrical solutions / luxury product sales / real estate technical sales
- Experience in B2C premium/luxury segment preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience handling HNI customers
- Experience dealing with architects/interior designers
- Presentable confident and self-driven
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits
- Strong closing capability
