Associate Reporting Analyst (Part-time)

What youll do:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining routine operational reports and dashboards. Support the documentation and review of procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Learn and apply regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to banking operations. Collaborate with team members to identify and escalate potential issues or inconsistencies.
• Use internal systems to research and verify customer or transaction data. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to build knowledge of banking operations and reporting tools.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures for data handling and reporting. Provide general administrative and analytical support to the PSBB Operational Risk & Reporting team.
  

What youll need:

• 1 years of related experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Entry level knowledge of general banking operations including deposit operations loan administration treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
• Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations rules and regulations industry standards and practices.
• Entry level working with spreadsheets databases and internal systems.
• Entry level ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Entry level speaking and writing communications skills.
