What Were Looking For
Availability for 4050 hours per week
Flexibility to work weekends when needed depending on the weather
A coachable attitude and openness to feedback and skill development
Willingness to communicate professionally with clients and represent the company well

Access to reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
Strong motivation to work hard and earn performance-based income
Compensation
Starting at $18.00/hour
Top performers can earn $28$30/hour

No previous painting experience required. Full training is provided.
