Job Summary
Warehouse Supervisor Beaumont TX
LK Jordan & Associates is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a distribution facility in the Beaumont area. This role will support the Operations Manager and oversee daily warehouse operations and personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of up to 10 warehouse employees
- Assist the Operations Manager with daily workflow and planning
- Coordinate logistics warehousing and distribution activities
- Generate and maintain operational reports
- Monitor productivity and ensure deadlines are met
- De-escalate employee and operational issues professionally
- Troubleshoot problems and implement solutions quickly
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse environment
- Strong logistics distribution and inventory knowledge
- Proven problem-solving ability
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operation
