The Resort at Longboat Key Club is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for the evening shift to join our team in Longboat Key this role you will oversee the maintenance operations during the evening hours ensuring that all guest areas and facilities are well-maintained safe and operating efficiently. You will coordinate with team members to address maintenance issues promptly and uphold the high standards our guests expect.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate evening maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform regular inspections of all guest rooms common areas and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest issues during the evening shift.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance supervision preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical plumbing HVAC and general building maintenance.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team during evening hours.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Availability to work evening shifts as scheduled.
