Job Summary
Now Hiring: Powder Coating Technician (4-Day Work Week!)
Enjoy a better work-life balance with a MondayThursday schedule and Fridays off! Midlake Products is looking for a reliable hands-on team member to join our metal fabrication operation as a Powder Coating Technician.
What Youll Do:
Apply powder coating to metal parts using spray equipment
Load and unload components on the powder coating line
Ensure proper coverage finish quality and color consistency
Prepare parts for coating including masking and handling materials
Inspect finished parts to meet quality and appearance standards
Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and organized
Follow all safety and environmental procedures
What Were Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing a quality finish
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Dependable safety-conscious and team-oriented
Experience in powder coating painting or manufacturing preferred (we will train the right candidate)
Ability to lift and handle parts throughout the shift
