Head of Wills & Estates Special Counsel Partner

About the role:
- Lead an established Wills & Estates practice taking ownership of both client outcomes and internal capability
- Advise on complex estate planning matters including wills testamentary trusts powers of attorney and guardianship arrangements
- Drive practice growth refine service delivery and enhance client experience
- Mentor and develop junior lawyers setting the technical and cultural standard across the team
- Act as a senior trusted advisor to clients on sensitive and high-value matters
The ideal candidate:
- Special Counsel Partner or very senior Wills & Estates lawyer with strong technical expertise in estate planning
- A credible leader comfortable guiding both clients and internal teams
- Commercially minded with the ability to balance premium advisory work with scalable delivery
- Interested in building and shaping a practice not just servicing files
- Warm polished and trusted in managing complex client relationships
