JOB PURPOSE:
Walls is widely recognized as the brand for the masses offering delicious affordable and accessible treats. With a strong portfolio of sub-brands including Feast TopTen and Solero Walls continues to lead the ice cream category across Asia.
In recent years Walls has embarked on a transformation journey to enhance competitiveness through a wave of exciting new formats. These include six-layer sticks jelly multilayers bite-sized formats and waffle sandwiches some of which are first-to-market in Southeast Asia.
We now have an exciting opportunity for a passionate innovator to join our team and help shape the next chapter of Walls growth story.
This role is part of Walls Asia Innovations team. We are looking for someone with strong mixed development capabilities a proactive mindset and a genuine desire to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Success in this role means crafting breakthrough innovations that deliver taste value and consumer appeal while working closely with local teams to bring them to life.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build a deep understanding of the region including category dynamics segments and channels
Drive platform for snacking and hunger fill formats by ensuring mix superiority through consumer-driven product innovation and compelling communication
Apply regional and cultural insights to optimize the 6P mix across markets
Develop full marketing mixes and conduct relevant testing in key markets
Create and execute communication assets (Key Visuals Social First Digital Assets) that support the value proposition
Lead regional innovation projects effectively to land OTIF
Lead cross-functional teams including R&D Packaging Supply Chain CMI and CTI
Manage project budgets including planning and monitoring
Business Skills
Experience in innovation and complex project management
Strong brand development capabilities with analytical skills and business acumen
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Passion for deep consumer understanding
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree from any major
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in brand marketing including exposure to mix development consumer insights digital marketing and local market execution
Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in the ice cream category is a plus
