Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Ethics & Compliance lawyer to join our global compliance function. This role plays a critical part in promoting a strong culture of integrity across the organization. You will work closely with colleagues across the company including HR Internal Audit Legal Compliance and Risk Management and business teams to design implement and continuously improve our ethics and compliance framework. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong judgment practical problemsolving skills and the ability to build trust and credibility across diverse functions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implement a comprehensive ethics and compliance strategy that aligns with the companys business objectives and values
  • Lead the companys conflict of interest program and provide legal advice to key stakeholders on ethical inquiries
  • Serve as daytoday ethics advisor on compliance policies and procedures
  • Manage the Ethics Help Line and Ethics Office mailbox
  • Prepare coordinate and conduct training and communications on ethicsrelated topics
  • Manage outside counsel on discrete matters as may be required

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor required and qualification to practice law in at least one jurisdiction
  • 5 years of relevant experience in ethics and compliance regulatory investigations or related legal roles within a government agency multinational company or law firm
  • Experience supporting publicly traded companies preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage sensitive and complex matters with discretion sound judgment and professionalism
  • Strong communication interpersonal and presentation skills including the ability to present effectively to senior leadership
  • Proven ability to identify legal and ethics issues on complex matters and recommend practical riskmitigating solutions
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and navigate a large matrixed organization to drive successful initiatives
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong independent decisionmaking capability and a leadership mindset
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance environments is a plus


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position we anticipate offering an annual salary of 132700 - 221100 USD / yearly depending on relevant factors including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
