Summary:
The Parent Relationship Manager plays a vital role in fostering strong positive relationships between the institution and its parent community.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents providing timely and accurate information regarding student progress policies and school events.
- Proactively communicate updates announcements and important deadlines to parents through multiple channels.
- Address parental concerns with empathy professionalism and prompt resolution.
- Coordinate and support parent engagement initiatives including meetings workshops and feedback sessions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of parent interactions and communications.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure alignment in parent communications.
- Monitor feedback and trends to identify opportunities for improving parent experience and institutional outreach.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Education Communication Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in client or parent relations education administration or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication platforms.
Work Schedule: 8:00am to 3:30pm
