Role Summary:
We are seeking a result-driven professional to drive incremental sales at the CSD in alignment with company targets and sales philosophy. The role involves executing day-to-day operational activities ensuring adherence to planning and process guidelines and acting as a crucial link between the company and the ground force. The position requires strong analytical ability report interpretation skills and the capability to suggest improvements for better customer engagement and channel partner effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive incremental sales at the CSD as per company targets
Execute daily operational and sales activities in line with company policies
Act as a bridge between the company and field teams for execution & information flow
Ensure process compliance planning and target adherence
Devise and suggest strategies for improved customer and channel partner connect
Analyse reports and recommend improvements for better business insights
Enhance understanding and usability of existing reports
Requirements
Minimum 34 years of experience in Retail / Field Sales
Prior team handling experience is mandatory
Full-time Graduation required
Age: 25 30 years
Candidate should not have location constraints
Reporting To: WL 1B / 1C KAEs
Key Skills Required:
Decent communication skills in English & local language
Strong MS Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP & Pivot Mandatory)
Good understanding of reports and data interpretation
Strong arithmetic & numerical skills
Experience in the retail market environment
Comfortable with mobile operations technology and apps
Effective team handling skills
