Requirements

The Transformation Expert: 17 years of experience ideally within Product-led Manufacturing or Luxury Retail sectors.

Scale Specialist: Proven track record of navigating organizations through rapid growth (e.g. from 500 Cr to 1500 Cr).

Strategic & Hands-on: An OD (Organizational Development) expert who isnt afraid to dive into the nuances of an entrepreneurial founder-led environment.

Tech-Forward: A leader who views HR through the lens of efficiency and digital innovation.

Required Skills:
