Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Maintain LV electrical systems (415V/3-phase 110/230VAC and 24VDC) MCCs motors VFDs and control panels.

Install calibrate and troubleshoot process instruments (pressure temperature flow level).

Diagnose PLC-controlled systems and support HMI/SCADA fault resolution.

Execute preventive maintenance and ensure accurate documentation of maintenance and calibration activities.

Perform panel building panel wiring termination and commissioning support.

Apply LOTO and comply with plant electrical safety standards.

Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

HND/ in Electrical Instrumentation or related field.

35 years experience in a manufacturing/process environment.

Working knowledge of PLCs (e.g. Siemens Omron Allen-Bradley).

Ability to interpret electrical drawings and P&IDs.
