Position Overview:
Matrix Fitness the leader in commercial fitness equipment is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Support Representative to join our Strategic Multi-Family National Account team. As a member of the MFH Strategic team you will help assist the Channel Manager execute our strategy to grow MFH revenue to $50M.
This role will include contacting customers by phone email video and attending industry-related trade shows to identify strategic customer needs present solutions and close addition to high CRM skills fitness amenity layout experience key duties include lead generation product demos managing the sales pipeline and collaborating with marketing all from inside our world headquarters in Cottage Grove WI.
Responsibilities:
Sales Account Management:
Collaborate with marketing sales leadership territory managers and installation partners to meet customer and Matrix expectations.
Develop and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with strategy/key accounts within the MFH industry including targeted Strategic REIT (Real Estate Investment Trusts)
Serve as the primary point of contact for top-tier clients ensuring their needs are met and exceeded with our premium products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that align with clients specific requirements and standards
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth and retention.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to maintain our mkt leadership and grow our share.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and other performance metrics driving business growth and profitability.

Education:
High School Diploma
BA/BS in business marketing or similar field preferred
Proficiency or certification in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Experience:
3 years of industry experience as a proven producer preferably in MFH Student Housing or Vertical Channels
2 years of experience in inside and/or outside sales role service position or similar
Success in vertical market channels with a curiosity to understand clients problems.
Sales forecasting and reporting capabilities
Understand product placement layout and fitness amenity design.
Other Requirements:
Valid drivers license required for domestic travel.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Superb sales and listening skills along w exceptional customer service skills.
Must love to compete- work under pressure and as part of a team.
