As a part of the Client Success & Ad Operations team you will manage end-to-end management of digital campaigns for major advertisers on Jiotstar overseeing media planning trafficking setup and QA. Key responsibilities include tracking analyzing and reporting campaign performance acting as a client interface for technical matters and optimizing workflows for efficiency. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure seamless execution strong campaign performance and an enhanced advertiser experience while driving operational efficiency and testing innovative ad formats and third-party technologies for improved targeting and addition to success on client campaigns you will also work to drive broader positive outcomes for JioHotstar in the competitive digital advertising landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of digital ad campaigns including trafficking setup QA optimization and reporting ensuring accurate and timely execution to meet client objectives.
- Track analyze and report on campaign performance metrics; implement optimization strategies to improve delivery results and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and resolve campaign-related queries to ensure successful campaign outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales PRS AdTech and Analytics to resolve any campaign delivery issues to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.
- Drive process improvements and workflow efficiencies across ad operations.
- Support the adoption and testing of new innovative ad formats and third-party technologies to enhance targeting and measurement.

- Proven expertise in Ad Ops with experience managing and setting up campaigns for Video and Display ad units.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and client-ready narratives.
