WANTED! An experienced Assistant Lettings Manager required for busy Surrey lettings agency: Win instructions grow lettings business support team performance and deliver high standards of client care and service.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant Lettings Manager to join a smart vibrant and well-known local brand.

You will play a key role in generating new business securing instructions supporting the team and maintaining strong client relationships. The role suits a confident lister and organiser who understands the full lettings process and enjoys working in a fast-paced agency environment.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Generating new lettings instructions and growing the local portfolio
• Carrying out market appraisals and winning new business
• Supporting the Lettings Manager with daily branch operations
• Assisting with team supervision motivation and performance
• Building and maintaining long-term landlord and tenant relationships
• Ensuring high levels of customer service throughout the lettings journey
• Progressing lets from instruction through to move-in
• Working across a wide range of property values
• Maintaining accurate records and CRM systems

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Significant previous experience in a senior lettings role
• Strong track record in valuations and instruction winning
• Solid understanding of the full lettings process and compliance
• Confident communicator articulate and professional
• Presentable and personable manner
• Good computer and software skills
• Ambitious and forward-looking approach
• Team support or supervisory experience helpful
• ARLA qualification preferred
• Full UK driving licence
• Good local knowledge of the Banstead area
