Job Summary

What Youll Do

Assist with birthday party planning including confirmation calls party enhancements scheduling the Party Patrol team and mapping out party lanes
Meet with party parents during events to ensure everything is running smoothly and proactively resolve any issues
Greet guests escort them to party areas and help set the tone for an amazing experience
Coordinate timing of activities with guests and team members across departments
Oversee the Party Patrol during bowling and gaming experiences (arcade laser tag escape room where applicable)
Help secure shoes reinforce lane safety deliver instructions and manage group flow
Enter and manage food and beverage orders ensure timely delivery and assist with serving
Lead the dessert moment and encourage the best birthday sing-along in the building
Support breakdown and reset of party areas to keep events running efficiently
Assist with managing tabs collecting payments and confirming deposits
Help train new teammates and provide ongoing support to the team
Follow Spare Times Service Standards (Code S.E.R.V.E.) and create memorable guest experiences
