As a result of company growth the Orthopedic Institute of Wisconsin (OIW) is seeking an dynamic and experienced Clinical Site Supervisor to join the team at our Rawson Street location in Franklin WI.
The Clinical Site Supervisor provides dayâtoâday leadership and operational oversight of the Clinical site 5 days per week Monday through Friday. They will maintain efficient and smooth operations of the office. Under the direction of the Director of Clinical Operations this role ensures that team members perform their responsibilities accurately and in alignment with organizational standards.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Plans leads organizes and controls site non-exempt staff assigned to them from a traditional supervisory approach.
- Approves all forms of time off PTO as well as all administrative functions relating to attendance discipline and other UKG related administrative responsibilities.
- Administers employees development discipline employee relations and conflict management resolution protocols in conjunction with the Director of Clinical Operation and the Human Resources function as needed.
- Responsible for conducted employee Performance Evaluations coaching and counselling for employee development purposes.
- Maintains physical space ensuring a safe neat clean and functional environment
- Receives manages and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly
- Acts as liaison between employees and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems
- Drafts and implements preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment
- Ensures safety standards are followed throughout facility
- Applies or assists with application for required environmental permits
- Maintains inventory of supplies; reorders as needed
- Auditing in conjunction with Service Lead Coordinator
- May spend up to 50% of their time on other duties or 100% of their time as directed by the Director of Clinical Operations solely to this position.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Certification:
- High School graduate or GED required
- Associates degree in Healthcare Administration Business Accounting or related field (Preferred)
Experience:
- Five (5) years experience as a Lead or Supervisor in a physician office business office
- Experience in a small practice environment strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software necessary to create and maintain reports and logs
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- At least two years of related experience required
PHYSICAL / MENTAL DEMANDS:
Continuous computer use
Prolonged periods of sitting
Frequent use of telephone and smart devices
Repetitive grasping and hand manipulation
Continuous verbal communication
Occasional reaching walking squatting bending kneeling twisting and climbing
